Awesome atmosphere and customer service.
Very rude staff. The employee filling propane didn't care to be "bothered" with his job. I was a long time customer but customer service has been slipping. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Anytime you walk in this place and have to Deal with the Auto Dept. It is like pulling strings to get anybody to do anything for you... It has to be the LAZIEST RUDEST staff I have ever dealt with... I would rather drive out of my way to another store before Id ever want to deal with these people...
Dropped my DR tow behind mower off for warranty service on October 5th, was told it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Followed up on October 25th, had not been looked at yet, said 7 jobs in front of it. Just called (Nov 20th), still has not been looked at, 2 jobs in front of it, may be this week. Machine has been left sitting outside in the weather all this time. I can’t recommend these folks for service, certainly wont be purchasing any equipment there given the poor service!
