I called this company to install our large appliances when we first moved here. However, since then it's been a "I really don't want to get in that mess," "I'll be there in the morning," and they never show up. I went without hot water for over a week until they evidentially showed up. They lit the pilot, charged me $75.00 to do so and now 2 weeks later the same thing has happened and they say, "well, I don't know what to tell you." Now I need someone to help us and don't know who to call.

I called this company out to fix and find out why my plumbing was backing up. They came out, got the line unclogged and when I asked what caused this they said I don't know.. I asked if it could be the septic and they told me no they wouldn't think so. They charged me for 2 hours when they only worked for 1 hour, the other hour they stopped and looked at pix on my walls, played with the dogs, talked, went out side smoked. They forgot one of the machines they used so I called them to let them know it was here.. They sent a guy out to pick it up with out calling in the early hours of the morning, the guy broke into my house to retrieve the machine. When I called the owner they never offered to make it right at all. Then 3 weeks later I call them cause I am having the same problems, and they didn't stand by the work they did and wanted to charge me another $200 for them to come out again. I ended up calling Roter Rooter out of Columbia Tn, the came out fixed the problem and found it was my septic tank backing up. I would not recommend this company to anyone.. stay far away.
I own a business and had a big plumbing problem which shut down my only restroom. I called late in the day but they came that evening and completed a major repair that night. These guys are professional and courteous. I've since used them for electrical work and they did a great job with that too.
This was the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with!!! We called them on a Wednesday to fix a clogged septic drain. We couldn't take shower ,wash clothes, and only one toilet. For four kids one elderly grandfather and my husband and myself. They came out was here for an hour and did NOTHING to fix our problem!!!! Charged us $165 and said they would be back the following day. We waited they never showed. We called they said they would be here the next day. Never showed up!! We waited all weekend heard from no one. Monday morning came still nothing by noon I called they said it would be Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning we waited again till 10 and called they said it would be that afternoon. When I hung up I called Roto Rooters out of Columbia . They were here with in an hour and fixed it for less than they did for NOTHING!!! Don't waste your time or money on calling them they will rip you off and you will still be in the same mess you were in before they came and took your money!!! Thanks for taking money we could have used on our four kids!!! Y'all should be a shamed!!! Mr. Anthony was the one we were talking to also. Yeah the funny thing was when we call and said don't bother coming we have someone else he had the nerve to say " well they were on the way" yeah sure they were!!! Save your self some time call Proto Rooters they charge no extra for the distance and get it done same day for cheaper!!!!!!!
